What is Nordic Pulse?

A 1 hour Nordic Interval walk, designed for flat terrain so you can focus on form and speed.

Perfect for:

  • Those short on time
  • Walkers who want a level up
  • Anyone ready for a change to their normal Gym session.

How does NordicPulse work?

  • 10 min Warm-up
  • 45 min NordicPulse Intervals:
    • 3 minutes of Nordic walking (focus on one muscle group at a walking-and-talking pace)
    • Followed by 3 minutes of Pulse Nordic Walking – stride out, lean forward, and push to your max
  • 5 min Cool-down

Walk summary

  • Participants : 8 maximum
  • Price : £10 per person
  • Duration : 1 hour
  • When: Mondays 9:30am to 11am

Walking Boots not recommended. Approach shoe, or Trail shoe are recommended.
